Revival in Newport

This weekend I have the extreme privilege of ministering at "The Sanctuary" in Newport, North Carolina. Pastor Ted Erskine and his lovely wife started this church a few years ago and my what a tremendous church this is. Friday night I spoke to all the key leaders and department heads on the subject of "The Consequences of Bad Leadership" and then Saturday morning a spoke to all the worship team as well as service leaders and technical crew about our calling in leading worship. Sunday is going to be a great time in the Holy Ghost as we move toward the Missions Service on Sunday evening. If you are ever in the Newport, Morehead, Havelock area, you owe to yourself to come visit this great church. You will not be disappointed. Thanks to all my friends on the East Coast (I love it over here), you guys are great. There is a great revival on this side of our nation. I am just blessed to be a small part.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LONDON

Man where has time gone? 14 years ago today my little baby London made her grand entrance into my world. My world has never been the same since. London, you are the sunshine of our life. You are beautiful, smart and independent. You are going to be great and I am not ashamed to tell the whole world that I am your dad. You make me proud. Thanks for coming with me to North Carolina. I hope you enjoy those shoes I bought you (and I thought your mom liked weird shoes). HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LONDON.

I LOVE YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH!

Doing the Evangelist Thing!

Pastor Robert and Lisa Mitchell - C Myles Young Blog

Keep me in your prayers this week. I am flying to Fayetteville, North Carolina to preach a "Tent Revival" for some of my long time dear friends. Pastor Robert & Lisa Mitchell are now leading the great church that was established by Elder Jesse Williams. I am thrilled to be going. This will be my first time to preach in the lovely state of North Carolina. I am also excited because I am taking London with me. She will turn 14 while we are with the Mitchells. MAN, I AM GETTING OLD! MY LITTLE BABY IS GROWING UP (LONDON, DON'T FORGET TO TELL THEM UGLY BOYS "YOUR DADDY HAS A SHOTGUN!")
By the way, Ben Vandiver is going to be there on the weekend and together we are going to work with the choir for a big music set on Sunday. It is going to be a blast!
