It was fun...It is what I do for the kingdom; reaching souls with heartfelt song and worship. I am going to do it with all my heart and give my 200% when I have the privilege to get to be in the best choir with the best people 'on planet earth' as my pastor says.
Thanks for letting me be a part!

THE BIG RECORDING
Hey Everybody, send up some prayers this week. It's recording time! This Sunday night I am recording part II of a live worship set. We began this project in the Philippines a few weeks ago and we are recording the next phase this weekend. I am exited about this one. There is going to be a bunch of new "usable" stuff. This project may have the most variety of any project I have done, it is going to be fun. The band is being led by Ben Vandiver (moped man), the vocal coaching is being directed by Joy Norris. I am also excited to have with us on this project Paul Elder and Randy Williams (Men of Judah) who will be guest soloist. Tishauna Jones and James Wilder are also going to be featured. I am pumped.LET'S WIN THE WORLD FOR JESUS!

Hi Bro. Young.
Being in the PI with y'all was a great time. Due to work and other responsibilities, being in Sac. this weekend is not an option. However, I will definitely be praying for y'all.
I know the project is going to turn out absolutely great, and can't wait to hear the finished product! We need some new songs. I'm patiently waiting and excited just from hearing some of the stuff in the PI.
Blessings!

Philippine Crusade
I have just returned from the Philippines. We had an incredible time in Tagbilaran on the island of Bohol. There is a great group of believers on the island. My family and I were part of a crusade team of about 30 or so from the USA and Canada under the direction of Pastor Stephen Buxton. On Friday night I recording a new P&W project live in the Philippines. I brought the band and back up singers with me and we were joined by the choir from Bohol who blew our minds. Thanks also to "Men of Judah" for helping us. We will be releasing this project after the first of the year. Keep the Philippines in your prayers. Such a lovely place with beautiful people but so many more need to know that Jesus Christ is the answer. I was moved to tears as I stood at the "Church of the Black Nazarene" as people crawled on their knees to kiss the feet of an ebony statue, praying that this idol could somehow help them. The Philippines has been blessed with great revival through the years but the need is still staggering. Please join with me in praying for God to strengthen the believers there and to bring another great wave of revival to the Philippine islands.Labels: bohol, c myles young, Church of the Black Nazarene, live recording, Men of Judah, philippines, PW, steve buxton, tagbilaran

Wonderful trip! The people of the Philippines are great people!
They moved me to tears over and over again.
I can still see Arnold at the fence waving good bye!! And Grace with her tearful goodbye! AH! My heart!
Looking forward to the release of the project recorded there. I can say "I was there when it happened!"
We enjoyed the work and the fellowship! - Mary Frances said...

Bro Young, I have always love this song.I am so glad you are my pastor. Thanks janetM
Oh, I can feel the presence of God! I love this song! I am getting chills from this and it is so true, we must hold on!
Pastor Young,
Yes! yes! yes! This is one song that has really, help me along in my walk the words are perfect. Thank you, thank you.
I have cried to this song a few times over the past few months. Having to silently watch as friends made choices I knew they'd someday regret, I bit my tongue and just sang the words to myself. "Hold on to what you know is right." Thank you Pastor for taking a stand regardless of what your friends and peers thought.
